Green Project for a Building in Desenzano del Garda
For this modern-style building in the center of Desenzano del Garda, landscape architect Stefano Filippini met the client's needs who wished to beautify and make functional a garden with limited dimensions. The goal was achieved by involving every single component, from vegetation to railings, in compliance with the municipal sustainability regulations. The guiding motifs are the very linear designs, as evidenced by the play of sheet metal that defines the geometries of the fences, and the sober colors of shrubs and plants in which mainly two shades of green predominate. To this is added the reference to the brown color of the earth, for a whole that perfectly integrates the various natural elements. For maintenance and sustainability reasons, the lawn is made of synthetic grass, and was installed turnkey by Massimo, one of the studio's long-standing collaborators, and his Skygreen.

Infinity Pool and Prestigious Essences
In the lower space, we find the Infinity Pool, a product of SOLDI PISCINE, accompanied by a rare specimen of Sabal Palmetto. The essences used, meticulously selected from the Garda Nursery in Padenghe, which has been our official partner for garden realization for ten years, are predominantly Mediterranean, with Washingtonia Palms and Yucca Rostrata adding prestige and tall palm trees that further enhance the building. Among the blooms, it is possible to admire the Agapanthus Africanus and the Tulbaghia violacea, while a double hedge of Buxus with large white Hydrangea flowers behind creates a picturesque step-amphitheater. The jewel in the crown is the magnificent olive tree placed on the penthouse, dominating a breathtaking view. Special attention has finally been paid to the play of light and night-time scenographies.
