A Synergistic Work of Architecture and Landscape Study
For this property in Padenghe del Garda, the design of the green spaces took place simultaneously with the design of the house. This allowed achieving a fully functional result, making the most of the spaces and giving a unique identity that was much appreciated by the client. First of all, note the choice to place the sleeping area on the lower floor, with an exclusive view of the lake, and the pool that becomes one with the structure. To this is added the construction of reinforced earth that creates an emotional scenery and a particularly livable garden.

Landscape Design Among Colors and Perspectives
The chromatic study focused on shades of gray, brown, and green is very important, recurring themes from the wooden solarium to the staircase and the large planters containing Agaves and Yucca Rostrate. The lawn parterre is flanked by a natural balustrade made with Pittosporums and Tulbaghia, arranged in a rhythmic line that leads the gaze towards the lake, enhancing the proximity to the water body. Overlooking the rooms are wonderful specimens of pom-pom Olives and a modern sculpture of King Kong. The installation of the wooden and iron scenery behind the sun loungers is a winning feature, an ideal solution that accentuates depth.
