Mediterranean Green Space with Lake View
This garden on Lake Iseo was designed to meet a dual need of the client: to amaze at every glance and to facilitate maintenance. An interesting challenge that saw us engaged on several fronts, from the design of the greenery to the creation of pathways, swimming pool, lighting and irrigation systems, with the goal of creating an enchanting setting to be lived in with the utmost freedom. Among the various strategies deployed to satisfy the client's desire for hospitality, we highlight the design of a theatrical lighting and the installation of a misting system that serves a dual function: to spread mosquito treatment and, through a different filter, to emit scented essences.

A unique garden enriched with olive trees
Every intervention has been well thought out to take into account both aesthetic and functional needs. This is demonstrated, for example, by the choice of seeds for the lawn, the Festuca arundinacea, very resistant to drought, and the connection of dynamic Rain Bird sprinklers.
The planted species are typically Mediterranean, in line with the local climate. Four elegant and exemplary olive plants stand out, positioned at focal viewing points and framed by the ground floor windows, and the large palms (Chamaerops Excelsa) of various varieties that give momentum to the house to increase the much-desired “WOW Factor” by the client.
