An Exceptional View Overlooking Lake Garda
In Manerba del Garda, this villa is located in a unique position, overlooking the lake and with a magnificent view of Sirmione. Landscape designer Stefano Filippini was called upon to breathe new life into the garden and create a new swimming pool, thus transforming the exterior into an area to be enjoyed in company throughout the beautiful season. We are welcomed by the entrance driveway enhanced by large bushes that lead us to the pomegranate and centuries-old olive trees. At the foot of the majestic trees, colorful and fragrant shrubs have been placed with an ensemble of essences that guarantee prolonged flowering, from spring until late autumn. The entrance driveway is made of washed gravel, draining and with reduced maintenance.

The Two-Level Garden
The garden is divided into two levels. The first level serves as an entrance, while the lower level has been designated as a living area for everyday life. The Infinity Pool has a very particular shape, with an atypical length that aims to unite the lake, sky, and patio. The sunbathing area is made of wood, and the furnishings are from B&B Italia, a brand of the highest level whose quality is evident at a glance.
In the lawn, an extraordinary specimen of bonsai olive tree with a sculptural trunk has been placed, further enhanced by specially designed lighting. A device that during the hot summer days provides moments of shade to the first-floor room.
Further charm is given by the many romantic paths that wind throughout the garden, leading us to discover every green corner around the house.one.
