Landscape Architecture for Culinary Excellence
A harmonious concert of landscape solutions for an exceptional player: the renowned Da Vittorio restaurant in Brusaporto (BG), an absolute excellence in Italian cuisine awarded with 3 Michelin stars. The restaurant is surrounded by a very large green area and has required our intervention on several occasions. An unfinished project that has seen us so far transform the initial large hill with a single slope into a multifunctional garden, with spaces for events, guest walks, and helicopter landings.

From the large and blooming slopes to the free-form pool, from the splendid flower carpets to the inclusion of maritime pines designed to lighten the impact of the structure, Stefano Filippini and his team worked on multiple fronts, managing to shape a classy garden that honors the prestigious clientele.
Among the many details, the large mixed green barrier of deciduous and evergreen trees on the roadside stands out, reducing noise while at the same time creating continuity with the vast forest behind. A visually studied connection to accentuate the charm and provide greater comfort to the eye.
